Disney Proposal Freakout

So, I am incredibly obsessed with everything Christmas and Disney, especially the princesses, and freakout very easily over them. This was my family's first time going to Disney World at Christmastime, so it was a pretty big deal for us. My now-fiancé, Dan (with my parents' help), got in touch with Disney event organizers to help him plan the perfect Disney proposal after explaining to them my struggle with fibromyalgia. So Dan, some of the Grand Floridian staff, and a few Disney princesses, arranged for a Disney Princess scavenger hunt throughout the Grand Floridian. I just thought my family and I were there to look at the Christmas decorations for the first time; little did I know Dan came a day early to surprise me. When a Disney employee approached us and asked if we would like to participate in a special scavenger hunt, we accepted and the fun began! As if just being asked to participate in a princess scavenger hunt wasn't cool enough!

Dan came up with the clues and when staff asked the princesses to sign them, they were so excited by it they said they wanted to write out the whole thing themselves!

The band begins to play the song Dan and I always planned to dance to at our wedding, "So This is Love," right as I take the rose and final clue, as planned. We were later told by my family that guests and staff were looking on from different balconies and claps erupted after I said yes. It sounded so loud in person. :) I still can't believe it happened!
