Full intermediate session on Circuito de Cartagena with my BMW S1000XR, Spain, November 2017.
My best lap time is 1 minute 53 seconds.

Overall, this was my second time on a track and the first time my knee pads touched the ground, a personal achievement.
By the end of day 3 the knee pads were almost gone on both sides. It started with a small scratch on the left knee and ended with melted plastic on both, with knees dragged through entire corners.
Having handled my bike in these "extreme" situations, I feel much more confident on the road, not that I was afraid before, not at all, but it changed the level of trust in my bike and my skills.
