A basic guide that attempts to touch on everything you need to know about Military and Warfare in Victoria 3 to have fun with it. Towards the end, I included a short walkthrough of Brazil's starting wars to hopefully bring the basics together for people. Made with version 1.9.6; no DLC enabled.
It's a pretty densely packed video, and there are probably too many cuts to different screens, but I hope it still helps some people out.
