Mass product automatic anti-drift welding rotator

This anti-drift welding rotator is suitable for thick-wall shell welding, cylindrical tank welding, pressure vessel welding, and other applications requiring the prevention of axial drift of the workpiece. It adopts a roller jacking adjustment method, featuring advanced structure, complete functions, convenient operation, and reliable performance. It is an ideal welding equipment for ensuring high-quality welding and achieving welding automation.

The welding rotator consists of a driver rotator, an idler rotator, a drive system, an axial anti-drift detection frame, and a PLC control system. The driver is powered by two AC variable-frequency motors driving two rollers to generate rotational force; the idler is equipped with two passive rollers as well as an anti-drift jacking device.
