Hot pepper sauce recipe
This one uses blood oranges, but you can substitute with any citrus fruit.
Ingredients
4 x blood oranges
1 x white onion
4 x mild (cayenne) chilli peppers
6 x hot (Scotch bonnet) chilli peppers
1 x bunch of corriander (cilantro)
1 x teaspoon of honey for sweetness
