The Rapid Lube Oil Quality Tester LWB-9 is based on a combination of a particle counter and a six-parameter oll characterisation sensor module.

This instrument adopts photoresist (shading) counting principle designated by international Hydraulic Standards Committee, specially used for fast detection device of oil contamination level on site. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, fast detection speed, high precision and good repeatability, and can work under high temperature and high pressure and other harsh conditions. Built-in micro water sensor and temperature sensor can detect water content and oil temperature together with pollution degree detection.

LWB-9 Oil Particle Counter is suitable for testing transformer oil (insulation oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil and other oil, can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

Built-in data analysis system, can display the real data of each channel particle size andautomatically determine the sample grade.
Optional pressure reducing device for on-line high pressure measurement with volume.
Flushing and rinsing modes for easy access to the equipment and instrument cleaning and maintenance.
Built-in ISO4406, NAS1638, SAE4095, GJ B420A, GJ B420B,「OCT17216, GB/T14039 and other particle contamination level standards.
