In the wake of the recent 7.8M earthquake in Nepal on 25 April 2015, we are looking at ways to build capacity in the worst affected communities by enabling them to rebuild their homes literally from the rubble by making cement stabilized compressed earth bricks. These bricks can be used to build earthquake resilient and affordable homes in the vernacular by empowering the local people.
