Did you know that aside from cooking using the conventional Convection methods in our Convotherm combi ovens, we are also able to use the Steam Function to create steamed dishes and desserts?

Signifying prosperity, the Huat Kueh is a traditional steamed cake and that is what we are preparing today using Convotherm’s steam function! Our combi ovens are capable of:
💦Precise Steam Saturation in the cooking cavity
💦Consistent temperature control throughout the cooking process
💦In built water system to allow for input of water to generate steam
