ABOUT BROOKS...

In my 20s, I pushed away everybody in my life.

My dad had died when I was 17, and before that, he was already gone too much.

So I sucked it up, and dealt with the abandonment... The wrong way.

Eventually, I learned the right way to deal with core personal conflict - through ownership.

And now I craft life lessons into screenplays, telling stories with thick-ass tension about raw personal conflict and the occasional sci-fi creature.

I'm a WGA writer that's sold several scripts, been hired to write lots more on assignments, including a rewrite of an Oscar-winning screenwriter.

I even created a 9-Step Screenwriting System that’s proven, like clockwork.

I have new projects heading for production soon. One is a period fight film that I wrote called THE ART OF THE KNOCKOUT produced by Brad Peyton, Nicholas Tabarrok, and UFC Hall-of-Famer Urijah Faber. Another script has an Oscar-winning producer attached.
