iRig Pre 2 Review | Getting Better Audio for your Phone, Camera, and more!

Today, I have the iRig Pre 2 in the Audio Hotline Studio! This is a fun little device that allows you to plug an XLR microphone and send it to a 3.5mm input (TRS or TRRS). It's a great option for getting better audio into your iPhone, Camera, or Computer (through the headphone jack). Best of all, this can supply +48v of phantom power so you can actually use this with a condenser mic! There are a lot of cool things about this little device, but a few downsides as well.
In this review, I test out the iRig Pre 2 with a computer (during the accessories, features, and specs section), an iPhone, an external recorder, and my camera's mic jack (Canon R5 and Sony ZV1).
