Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well! Today, the dessert that the grandmother is making for us is one of the oldest Greek desserts with many references to this dessert in Ancient Greece! With the special sesame of Lemnos and in combination with the other pure ingredients the result is impressive! So simple but so delicious! Samsades Recipe

·1/2 kg Flour From Lemnos
·1/2 kg All-purpose Flour
·350 ml Water
·170 ml Olive Oil

Filling of Samsades
·500 gr Sesame From Lemnos (not honey as you can see in the video)
·1 tbsp Sugar
·1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
·1.2 tbsp Cloves

·375 ml Water
·190 gr Sugar
· 1 Cinnamon Stick
·150 gr Honey
· Lemon Zest
