Pira-Piraso Workshop Series: Piecing It Together: Collage as Process and Play (Facilitated by Ange Labyrinth)
Inumpisahan ng SISID, katuwang ang LIKHAAN: UP Institute of Creative Writing, ang kanilang serye ng mga palihan sa isang collage workshop na nakatuon sa mga potensyal ng collage bilang mapaglaro at mabungang praktika.
Tungkol sa tagapangasiwa ng palihan:
Ange Labyrinth lives and works in Quezon City. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Painting from the University of Santo Tomas.
Amongst different media and layers of charcoal, acrylic paint, printmaking ink, found objects, and paper — she lays down her everyday thoughts from her daily walks and musings on canvases and prints. Her art becomes her own visual journal, where she shares archives of her fleeting memories, longings, and experiences, while also exploring themes of displacement and memory.
Labyrinth has taken part in various group exhibitions and publications featured both on print and online publications in Manila, Singapore, and Paris.
