This is the Video of the "Langue de Chat" [Japanese Version] fully automated production line. With 88 Rows per Minute, the biscuits are deposited, baked, turned, creamed and capped directly on the oven band.
The dough is stenciled directly on to the oven band by our Rotary template depositor (RST) at the beginning of the Oven.
After baking, our Turning device (TPA) will turn every second row up side down and place it back onto the oven band.
The Cream manifold will cream the up side down biscuit and sandwich the product with our Capper and Creamer (SMA).
The products are finished at the end of the oven band and go directly into cooling and packaging.
