The string lights we had on our deck were pretty basic. They were connected to 1"x1" posts which were zip tied onto the railings. This video shows how I replaced those with more sturdy supports that also act as planters.
This project required the following items:
2x Wooden Planters
2x 8 Foot 4x4 Pressure Treated Posts
2x Packet of Corner Brackets
2x Bags of quick set Concrete
1x Bag of Drainage Stone
String Lights
