The Alaska cocktail was first mentioned in print in The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock (published in the 1930s). A delicious, sweet yet complex and herbal variation on a classic martini.

INGREDIENTS
45mL Gin (1½ oz)
15mL Yellow Chartreuse (½ oz)
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
METHOD
1. Combine ingredients into your mixing glass
2. Stir for 1½ minutes
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
