Today was my last 10-mile long run of this training block, and honestly—it was hard. I had 4 miles at race pace at the end and really had to grind mentally toward the end.
I tested a new gel, compared shoe weights between my options for race day, and carried an extra handheld bottle to simulate actual race conditions. Trying to dial everything in now so race day feels automatic.
