The 6th edition of NFDC Film Bazaar had 715 Delegates from over 32 countries. It had important global names like Christian Jeune, Director of Film department- Cannes Film Festival, Cameron Bailey- Artistic Director- Toronto International Film Festival, Michael J Werner, Chairman- Fortissimo, and Derek Malcolm, well-known film critic. It also had Indian filmmakers like Vishal Bhardwaj, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Ashutosh Gowariker, Sudhir Mishra, Sanjay Suri, Vikas Bahl, and Dibakar Banerjee actively participating in panel discussions on a host of topics in Knowledge Series-2012.

It also witnessed a flurry of business activity, some serious deal making, acquisitions, funding support, award-presentations, and selection of projects in film festivals and labs.
