I was fortunate enough to win a free trip to Merida, a city in Yucatan, Mexico. I spent nearly a week away from my cold home of Knoxville Tennessee and got to explore beautiful sites, welcoming cultures, and my stiff hips at dance class. We explored ancient Mayan ruins and even older cenotes which felt great getting out of the 90+ degree heat. This experience was once in a lifetime and I am so grateful for the people I met while on it. If you have any questions, I'll do my best to respond in the comments.
