Sailing on the day after the Cervantes Windsurf Challenge 2023 in Hansen Bay with 2020 Severne Fox 95 with Tribal Powermax 33 fin and 2022 Severne 5.5 Turbo M4. The Fox is an awesome board for these sort of conditions and while lacks the ultimate pace of a slalom board, is comfortable and stable through rougher seas so have a better chance of surviving the conditions. The island is around 2km offshore and I am following the path of the first 2 legs of the slalom course so I am bearing-off a fair bit on the trip back to shore.
