It has two upright side rails to mimic a functional trainer, and includes a bluetooth ring, ankle straps, handles, mat, some versions have a rowing bench for added cardio (plus other little attachments).
Who is this good for? Beginners, people who have limited space, those that love tech gadgets and guided feedback during training.
Who is this not intended for: Strength athletes, powerlifters, Crossfitters, Olympic lifters, advanced lifters who don't want to follow preset programs or instructions, and those that prefer the feel of iron.
