VAN LIFE UPGRADES & A Date Night Trail Run! (Massachusetts Vlog)

​Welcome back to the van! Today was one of those days where I really felt like I was making some improvements on my van. We start off with a peaceful morning at Cochituate State Park in Natick—there is nothing like breakfast by the lake to clear your head.
​After a quick hike along the shoreline, it was time to get to work. I finally installed the wind fairing on the roof (huge for road noise!) and later on, I surprised myself by getting a new light bar installed while waiting for my girlfriend.
​We capped off the day with a beautiful trail run around the historic Wayside Inn and Grist Mill in Sudbury before having a date night dinner. To finish the night, I hit Anytime Fitness for a late-night shower before finding a quiet spot to tuck in for the night.
​Living in a van is all about balancing the "work" of the build with the "joy" of the lifestyle.
