Hi!
In today's video I'm building an arts center for youngsters. This build has a ton of skill building items for all ages, from toddler up until elder. But I think this is perfect as a hangout center for students and college students. We need to have a bar to make it functional so I put the bar on the basement with no access just to fulfil the requirements. This build is going to be on my save file for Newcrest. Hope you enjoy!
