Microsoft Forms directly from SharePoint Online List! 😮

In todays video we are going to explore the new feature in SharePoint online called "Forms". What this allowes us is to directly create Forms from our SharePoint list that are automaticaly synced with the list and all submitted data is instantly in the list.

This new feature makes the need of creating a Form outside of SharePoint unecessary if you are using it for internals. As for externals this will not work since you need to have access to the SharePoint list as well.

The best part is that you can create multiple Forms for each SharePoint list and select the fields you want to have in the Form for different audiences and you can use People Picker fields to allow the user to select people from your organization.

A big thing missing is the option to upload files. I hope ‪@Microsoft‬ will add that feature as well since it is necessary!
