PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX ALONG WITH THE VIDEO BECAUSE I AM NOT GOOD AT ENGLISH TRANSLATION IT IS JUST AN ATTEMPT.
**I use No.12 needle for border and No.10 needle for the design and I have cast on 19 stitches**
**At the end of each row, flip your knitting work, so that the needle with all the stitches is in your left hand and the empty needle is in your right hand**
Total stitches - 19
ROW 1
4 Purl, knit 5th stitch on the left needle but do not slip it off the left needle, knit next 4 stitches then slip off the earlier knitted stitch, knit 1 stitch, slip off 5 stitches from left needle and leaving the first one take next 4 stitches on the right needle and take the 1st one back on the left needle then take those 4 stitches on the right needle back on to the left needle, knit 5 stitches, Purl 4
ROW 2
4 Knit, 11 Purl, 4 Knit
ROW 3
4 Purl, 11 Knit, 4 Purl
ROW 4
4 Knit, 11 Purl, 4 Knit
REPEAT FROM ROW 1
