A Day in My Life as a Dental Assistant 🦷✨
My day starts early, usually around 8:30 AM, when I arrive at the dental clinic and put on my scrubs. First things first – I sanitize and set up the operatory, making sure all instruments are sterilized, trays are ready, and everything is in place before patients start arriving.
Throughout the day, I assist the dentist during procedures like fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings. I pass instruments, suction, comfort patients, and keep everything running smoothly. 🛠️💉
I also manage the front desk when needed – scheduling appointments, answering calls, and helping patients with their questions or follow-ups.
When there’s no patient, I deep clean the clinic, organize supplies, and review the next day’s schedule. There's always something to do – even during breaks!
It’s a job that keeps me on my feet, but it’s incredibly fulfilling. Helping people smile, literally and emotionally, is the best part. 😁💕
Whether it’s calming down a nervous patient or perfectly organizing dental tools – every little thing makes a big difference!
