In this video, we explain the changes to the racing rules of sailing 2021-2024. World Sailing revises the rules every four years, and normally publishes them after the completion of an Olympic quad cycle. We didn’t get to complete an Olympic quad cycle in 2020, but the rules changes will still occur in 2021.
