Hello, today I will be making a miniature black forest cake. I might have missed this information on the video, if you are going to seal the cake, use glossy varnish on the cherries as well as the sliced cake and then use a matt varnish for the chocolate shavings , this way the chocolate will not look shiny and not realistic.
