Craving some loud entertainment tonight but the Fireworks not enough? Here's another way to make some noise. In this version, all audio was recorded and provided by Mark Lewis using his dual Senhiesser shotgun microphones and merged with my video footage.
English Electric Type 3, Class 37, 37250, providing absolutely fantastic thrash at the Severn Valley Railway's '65 Years of Class 37s' Diesel Gala.
Not all departures were recorded by Mark, such as Hampton Loade on Run 1, which is why the video is shorter than my version. However, there are some exclusive clips included from Run 2 that were omitted from my version as the audio became unusable due to the rain causing my microphone to disconnect from the camera. These are: Trimpley Reservoir (24:09), Coombys Farm crossing (27:02) and Hampton Loade (28:56).
