I bought a couple of Behringer CP1A PSU Eurorack Modules as Power Supply for my DIY Skiffs. This is my test review of the Behringer CP1A. (Timed Index Below)
NOTE: let me know in the comments below if you want to see a more in-depth oscilloscope-based test of the CP1A and other eurorack power supply modules or case PSUs from other manufacturers to compare different brands PSUs in terms of performance and price.
For this video, I put together a Eurorack System which requires almost 1000 mA (1A current) to function from each CP1A module. I also use the Joranalogue TEST 3 eurorack meter module to measure the actual Current Consumption of the modules connected to the Behringer CP1A PSU.
We can also see the differences between manufacturers' max current specs for their modules and actual Peak Current Draw in real use.
