Leader: Restore us, O God of our salvation.
People: Revive us so that we may rejoice in you.
Leader: Show us your steadfast love, O Lord.

Leader: Surely steadfast love and faithfulness will meet.
People: The Lord will give what is good and bring health to our land.

Unison: Holy God, we seek to draw near in prayer, but often we do not know what to say.
We long to be refreshed by your grace, but we do not know how to accept your
kindness. We admire those who walk in your footsteps, but are not sure we can
count ourselves among them. Forgive us, and open our hearts to receive your mercy.
Guide us in the way that leads to life. Amen.
