Welcome to Forever Meditation. I’ve spent a lot of time crafting this specific journey. This is Visual Art Healing - a session I designed to be a total sensory reset.
I’ve layered two very specific frequencies for this:
963 Hz (The God Frequency): I use this to help clear the mental static and "wake up" the pineal gland. It’s about connection to something higher.
174 Hz (The Foundation): This is my go-to for physical stress. It acts like a natural anesthetic for the body, making you feel safe and grounded.
The transformative power of brainwave frequencies designed to restore inner balance, reduce stress, and unlock deeper levels of mindfulness.
How I recommend using this: Sit or lie down comfortably. Keep your eyes on the art for the first few minutes—let the colors and the 963Hz tone sync up. Once you feel that "shift" in your chest, you can close your eyes or just let the art wash over you.
