Gaza| Displacement Orders

Since Israel’s resumption of the war on 18 March, more than 30 displacement orders have been issued by Israeli forces. They are sent often in the middle of the night, through phone calls, leaflets or on social media and are unpredictable. Palestinians are in constant state of alert and have to collect their belongings and escape as fast as they can to avoid being bombed.
Today, around 80% of Gaza is under displacement orders or no-go military zones. Forcing people to repeatedly flee, without having anywhere to go, results in immense physical and mental pain.
Israel’s campaign of psychological warfare and collective punishment must stop now.
