INSANE 9KG Hokkien Mee Challenge! | LARGEST PLATE Of Fried Prawn Noodles in SG Eaten Solo?!

In this video, join me as I took on a MASSIVE 9KG tray of Hokkien mee from this stall tucked inside a quiet coffeeshop in Redhill, that was recommended to me by Mr Eric Chua!

This stall is called Uncle Peter Hokkien Mee. Uncle Peter used to work at Bedok Corner for several years before finally opening his own stall here at Redhill. His version leans towards the saucy side, but you can let him know if you prefer it dry. The wok hei taste wasn't too overpowering - it's nicely balanced and I also loved the belachan which was flavourful with a strong kick to it.

The footfall here is pretty low, so if you're nearby, do drop by and support Uncle Peter - it's a pretty solid plate of Hokkien mee that definitely deserves more love.
