The year 2023 has been such an action packed year for the entire state of California, with a highlight in San Diego being the new, all-electric bus rapid 227, from Otay Mesa to Imperial Beach south of San Diego. Coaster also continued the process of refurbishing its passenger cars to match the engines along with other improvements.
