This video explains the basics on how math works in flows. And show a more advanced example no how to put it to use.
Explanation on the difference between start and replace, and start and resume:
Using replace will reset the current stopwatch every time the power changes and are above 10. This means if the power is set at 60W then adjusts to 59W it will reset the counter. Using "Start or resume" will just start a new if there is not an existing timer and resume the existing if it has been stopped. If not it is not touched.
