Looking for a naturally sweet and creamy strawberry smoothie? This easy recipe uses dates and raisins for sweetness—no added sugar needed! Perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or a refreshing drink any time of day.
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (washed and chopped)
1 banana
2 dates (soaked in warm water for 10-20 minutes, then drained)
1 tbsp raisins (soaked in warm water for 10-20 minutes, then drained)
¼ cup water
½ cup milk
Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend the fruit – In a blender, add strawberries, banana, soaked dates, and raisins. Blend until smooth.
2️⃣ Add liquids & ice – Pour in the water, milk, and ice cubes. Blend again until creamy and well combined.
3️⃣ Serve & enjoy – Pour into a glass and serve immediately!
Tips:
✔ For a thicker smoothie, use frozen strawberries or a frozen banana.
✔ For extra creaminess, replace water with yogurt.
