Meet Evelyn Shu, our 2024 Art Pillar Champion! 🎶🎉
Evelyn's journey to becoming an award-winning music educator is truly inspiring. A graduate of the prestigious Manhattan School of Music and Fresno State. Evelyn believes every child deserves a quality music education, regardless of their background or means.

Evelyn's impact in our district is immeasurable. As a K-12 music and choir teacher, her choirs consistently earn top scores and first place awards. More importantly, she creates a safe space for students to express themselves, building their confidence and fostering a lifelong love of music. Under her direction, the Central Unified School District, Justin Garza High School Choir Program has qualified for the exclusive California State CMEA Festival.
Let's celebrate her incredible work and dedication to our students! Join us at the 2024 State of the District on October 17th as we honor Evelyn and all things Central Unified. 👏
