Classic Margarita:
Rim glass with salt
Build in shaker
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Dry Curaçao
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila (Altos Silver)
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass

Paloma Tradicional:
Build in glass over ice
Add
Juice of 1 Lime
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila (Espolon Blanco)
Top with Squirt
Stir
Garnish with mint

Paloma Fresco:
Rim glass with Salt (Agave Worm Salt)
Build in shaker
Add
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
1 oz. or 30 ml. Grapefruit Juice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Tequila (Fortaleza Blanco)
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass over ice
Top with Seltzer

El Diablo:
Build in shaker
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Reposed Tequila (La Gritona)
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Creme De Cassis
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
Add ice and shake
Open pour into glass
3 oz. or 90 ml. Ginger Beer
Garnish with Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig

Ranch Water:
Build in glass over ice
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila
Top with Seltzer (Topo Chico)

Original Tequila Sunrise:
Build in shaker
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Tequila (Fortaleza Blanco)
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass over ice
Double volume with Seltzer
.75 or 22ml. Creme De Cassis

Oaxaca Old Fashioned:
Build in mixing glass
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Tequila (Fortaleza Blanco)
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Mezcal (Mezcal Union El Viejo)
1 Bar Spoon Agave Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Crack ice into mixing glass and stir
Strain into glass over ice
Garnish with Orange Peel
