This year, 2025, marks the 10th anniversary of the formal establishment of the ASEAN Community. It also marks the second ASEAN-China Year of People-to-People Exchanges. Amid complex geopolitical and economic headwinds, how could China and ASEAN strengthen joint efforts toward a dynamic, resilient and forward-looking strategic partnership? CGTN presents a special series, the "Power of Ideas: A China-ASEAN Dialogue," which features four distinguished guests: Ong Tee Keat, the president of the Belt and Road Initiative Caucus for Asia Pacific and also the former transport minister of Malaysia; Dato' Abdul Majid Ahmad Khan, the president of the Malaysia-China Friendship Association and former Malaysian ambassador to China; Tan In Fong, the secretary general of the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce; and Koh King Kee, the president of the Centre for New Inclusive Asia, Malaysia.
