Purpose: A selected panel of current and recently graduated hem oncology fellows sharing their interview experiences, tips to excel with current fellowship applicants.

Dr. Rajeeve - Myeloma & Cell Therapy Oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center- Physician-investigator with a clinical and research interest in plasma cell dyscrasias (Multiple Myeloma, Precursor states - MGUS/SMM, Amyloidosis, Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia, POEMS Syndrome etc.), cellular therapeutics, clinical trials, digital health technologies and healthcare delivery transformation.

Dr. Sridhar - Advanced Thoracic Clinical Fellow at the Mayo Clinic interested in Lung Cancer and Medical Education. "I am a current advanced thoracic oncology fellow interested in pursuing an academic career in the study and treatment of lung cancer. I am passionate about equitable health care, patient advocacy, clinical research, and medical education. I aspire to improve healthcare delivery by improving access to clinical trials in the community and improving the quality of education we provide our patients on their disease."

Dr Roy. Hematology/Oncology Fellow (Class of 2024) "I graduated from the Government Medical College, Trivandrum, India and then completed my Internal Medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock.I am interested in solid tumors with a focus on clinical research in breast cancer, genitourinary malignancies, and neuroendocrine tumors. My goal is to become an academic physician and lead a research-focused career."

Dr Gregario- UT San Antonio --I dream of working in clinical oncology practice with a focus on the excellent management of oncology patients. My focus on patient care remains open to both hematology and oncology topics. I'm interested in practice and quality improvement, leadership, clinical education, and always striving for the best for my patients.
