Jagged Peaks. Massive glaciers trickling down as waterfalls to form milky white rivers that flow through dramatic valleys and meadows brimming with wildflowers. Surreal dreamy and humbling!!
Every year I have felt the need to do this - to unplug from every day life and just listen to myself, to the things I wanna do, to the places I wanna go and well, that's why we chose to be here. This surreal place where you don't feel everyday stress, far away from human egos and logistical discussions. It's just us and the nature!
Ironically I feel more comfortable here than back in the city because even a bad day of hiking is a day you will remember.
It's hard to explain why I am so obsessed with it. It's beyond just natural beauty; it's the feeling of not being interrupted; it's the sound or the lack of it; it's the smell of the forest, the wind, the water. This really is a paradise for me.
