Most people are well aware of just how crooked Cable companies are, and Optimum is right up there with the worst of them. You can never get a straight answer out of them so you'd better ask your questions at least 3 times to make sure what you're getting into. In this video, the service provider lied to me from start to finish about my plan, and even when other service providers heard what she said, they couldnt believe it. Well, I could, because I've been hearing that same BS for 25 years from this company and the precious companies that owned this mess.
