Earth Day is observed annually on April 22 to increase awareness and motivate action for the benefit of Mother Earth.
The theme for this year, "Our Power, Our Planet," reminds us of our shared obligation to build a sustainable future.
To mark this occasion, GD Goenka School Varanasi hosted a special podcast on campus featuring our esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Shailendra Kishore Pandey, Kashi Region Co-convener, Bharatiya Janata Party.
The podcast was expertly and confidently hosted by our gifted anchor, Kartikey, from Class XI. Students actively participated and asked insightful questions regarding the ongoing projects in our city and the difficulties encountered, making the session thought-provoking and educational.
Our respected Principal Madam greeted our Chief Guest warmly and presented him with an honour shawl.
