The past has its claws in Kürşat. It’s eating him up from within, fearing he might lose Umay and Melik. Umay, seeing Kürşat so nervous for the first time consoles him but she’s unaware that Affan has been secretly watching them. Affan can’t accept the fact that Umay and Kürşat are getting closer. So he does something horrible and puts Melik’s like in danger. Umay loses her mind, fearing she might lose her child. She wants Affan to pay for what he did.
Sonay too can’t tolerate Umay and Kürşat’s relationship and things are about to break apart between the two twins. Meanwhile Tuncel comes to Kars, who backstabbed Kürşay before. Two brothers are against each other like Cain and Abel. Will Kürşay be able to save his loved ones while facing his past at the same time?

Although Umay (Aslıhan Güner) can no longer stand the cruelty of her husband Affan (Timur Acar), she still suffers for her children. However Affan never stops. In the end, he stabs Umay's back with a dagger that Umay decides to escape from the mansion with his two children. She has no choice but to settle in her village, Eskitepe, next to her older sister Sonay (Begüm Birgören). Meanwhile, Kürşat (Barış Kılıç), a man with a dark and mysterious past, has entered the country as a fugitive from the border and fights for life in the difficult geography of Kars. The paths of Kürşat, Umay and Sonay crosses in Eskitepe. While trying to heal each other's wounds, a past full of secrets, a future full of difficulties and impossible loves await Umay, Kürşat and Sonay...
