Episode 5, Series 2 - Mary & Matthew, Downton Abbey, Music Video

A fanvideo for the Mary and Matthew moments in episode 5, series 2 - part of my weekly challenge for making a fanvideo for them for each episode of series 2.

This was a really hard video to make and it does make rather painful viewing (I hope in terms of the actual moments rather than the quality of the video!). Hopefully though, I've fulfilled my aim and made the video reflect the emotion and mood of the episode, which is the weekly challenge I set myself. It was just a really sad episode all round!!

Let's hope things start to improve between Mary and Matthew so I can make them happier videos!

The beginning music is actually from Downton Abbey itself and the second piece of music is again from the Land Girls film. I've rather taken to using the music from this film in most of my per episode videos lately because it does fit their story so well and I actually think it adds a sense of continuity between these videos (and on that note, not sure if I should redo the episode 2 one to match...?)

Anyway, sorry I have been rather late completing this episode's Mary and Matthew fanvideo - a) the episode was just so heartbreaking that it was very hard to put together a worthy video for it and b) I got distracted writing a fanfiction story for Mary and Matthew based on the series 2, episode 6 preview (which, if you're interested, you can read here - http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7473073/1... )
