Ever since trying a sample of the new Papalin Jamaica High Ester release, I knew I wanted to buy a bottle and do two things with it. First I wanted to make a mai tai with it, and second I wanted to make ANOTHER mai tai with it but this time blend it with the OTHER big high ester release, the El Dorado High Ester Blend LBI/DHE. In the video, I try both mai tais, share my thoughts on them and then get into my grand theory about Jamaican and Guyanese rums.
