A relaxing half hour walk in the woods with beautiful fall colours and the sound of light rain. Along the way there are some rock steps, creeks, log bridges, and an artistic ruin installation built with stones from old buildings in the area.
Spending time outdoors has loads of positive benefits but it can be hard to find the time to get out there, especially if the weather isn't great. Filming these videos about outdoor experiences like hiking in the forest, walking in the rain, snowshoeing on fresh snow, or paddling on a tranquil river is hopefully going to be the motivation needed to get outside more often!
These videos will attempt to capture the ASMR sounds and the 4K scenery of a variety of outdoor spaces (wild, rural, and urban) and provide immersive outdoor experiences. They could be used to relax, reduce stress, study, unwind, or fall asleep. They could be used to get inspired to go outside yourself, to accompany a treadmill workout, or just be a background video alternative to the fireplace channel ;)
