Mr freeze is a very good card, but he struggles a bit with puppet outside the puppet solo raid because it’s a chunk of attack missing.
Lemme know what set up works best for you. Your freeze might be maxed or not maxed but this is still a good way to set him up. You’d do decent damage even if it’s not necessarily a oneshot.
Definitely a card you should have in your roster even at four stars
