These outfits were made on the standard GTA & NOT the E&E edition. Why? The component transfer glitch does not work on the E&E edition as of right now.

You can still do the transfer glitch on an Xbox series x/s & PS5 as long as you’re on the old/standard GTA.

Answers to your questions:
Female Outfits:
You need to have your female character as the FIRST character
This is the creator transfer glitch so you will lose all of your current outfits apart from the one you’re wearing!

TITAN EXPLANATION: ( TO GET THE BELT ON )

You will have a grey vest over the top of the outfit so in order to take that off and merge the belt on you need to -

Put on the fumigator outfit in heist coveralls & go to a telescope. Do the telescope glitch with that outfit you want.
You will have the mask on that outfit. Save it.
Force a save & restart your game.

When you load into online again, force a save wearing that outfit.
Start up a Titan of a job on your own
When you spawn in you will not have the grey vest on anymore.
Put an earpiece on and then take it off
Go to an ammo store & save the outfit
Quit through the phone
When you load in, put on an outfit with the belt and start up point & shoot ( make sure it is saved near the outfit you want it on )
Merge the belt on
