This didn't come from a show, not from a DVD, so where did it come from? What if I were to tell you this was sourced from an ITV Studios update video? Too good to be true? Nope. Because that's exactly where it came from, an update video from June 15th of this year in which Ruth Berry (if I'm getting the name right) talks with someone about how the operations of the company have been doing.
